Feeling blessed to complete successfully our mission Mayavati 2023, with a good number of 350+ Cataract surgeries and +/- 1500 opd patients in 5 days,besides separate Medicine, Gynae, ENT and Oncology clinics. Other than the opd and ipd activities there was a health awareness camp in a nearby village...Thankful to all the team members which included Optometrist, OT assistants, Pharmacist and Volunteers...and last but not the least the ever dynamic Debu Maharaj (Swami Ekadevanabda), head of the the Mayavati Charitable Hospital...the monk with a VISION...

Finished an exhaustive but very satisfying, eye surgery and OPD camp at the Adwaita Ashram Charitable Hospital at Mayawati, Champawat, Uttarakhand (situated in the foothills of the Kumayun Himalayas with Mother Nature at her best)…completed 373 Cataract surgeries and 1250 OPD patients in a camp spread over 5 and a half days…met some fantastic people in our team as well as in the ashram …including the dynamic Debu Maharaj( Swami Ekadebananda)…a monk with a vision who heads and runs the hospital in a very modern way…added attraction this time was a short trip to Pancheswar…sharing with you some memories…
